Station fixes

Removing a NFC UID from an identity did not have effect until the weekly reboot, fixed by always rebuilding access list from scratch on change

Offline Station fixes

Applying an AV definitions update from the SYSCTL customer portal was applied successfully but the message at the end was incorrect/confusing
An offline station without a config.json applied manually had incorrect defaults

ICC fixes (affected Datalock installations)

All database fetch limits are turned off for the Station machine accounts. This finally fixes the Datalock bug that made it impossible to use flows and keys if there were already 50 of each. This was due to a default paging limit in the ICC server that should not have been active for Station machine accounts

Portal

https://portal.sysctl.se is now available for Sysctl customers. The portal is used to distribute files and information that have restricted distribution. In this initial release, the portal provides specific program files for IMPEX customers, and especially those customers that have standalone or offline USB Protect. From the portal customers can download offline updates and AntiVirus definitions updates. It is also possible to download installation media for
